Very good experience overall. The pizza was very light and crisp with amazing flavor overall. Only recommendation I would make is a touch more basil and a little more crisp on the under side. The tiramisu was absolutely phenomenal, one of the best I’ve ever had. The wait staff is pleasant and attentive.
Great night spent with Cesar and the staff at Mezonette. As usual food was fantastic! Tried the octopus appetizer this time and it was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for a great dinner.
Best Italian food in Charlotte! We have traveled from Minnesota twice just to the Lasagna. Best flavor and most unique melt in your mouth burst of flavor! We read up on the TSA rules and are bringing it back to MN. Our waiter took such great care of us that we may just book another flight for more. At some point we may get the recipe- but- hey- we will fly here for the food. It’s a 10!
Visited this delightful Italian restaurant recently and had the most exquisite lasagna, followed by a heavenly tiramisu, ending with a delicious expresso. The charming ambiance, coupled with the delightful music, created a wonderful dining experience. The service was exceptional, thanks to Jorge, a friendly, diligent, and efficient Ecuadorian young man. Kudos to the entire team for providing such an excellent dining experience!
The grilled octopus was devine, my husband and I have been talking about it for the past week. Our pasta dishes were delicious and felt tasted authentic; similar to dishes we’ve had in Europe. We will definitely return soon!
Really good food. We were the only people in the place so we got great service too. Caesar salad was great. Regular salad was not so great. The bread (both kinds)was wonderful. The bean salad with the bread was super delicious. I didn't care for the traditional spaghetti and meatballs. I felt it was a bit bland. The scampi caprese was really good. The shrimp in it was probably the best shrimp I've eaten in a long time. Tasted very fresh.
The service staff extremely friendly but not intrusive. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The seasoning was the best that I have had. The atmosphere was comfortable and quiet. I have visited this restaurant several times and I've always had a great experience with extremely well prepared food. Also, the beverages that we have ordered have always been prepared quite well. At the end of our dinner last night, a surprise bread pudding dessert was delivered! Menu prices are quite reasonable. I recommend this restaurant highly.
Great italian food! Great service! A nice place! This is the best Cheese Ravioli I have had in years!!! I loved the tomato sauce! The eggplant is fantastic! Great atmosphere... One of my favorite pizza's!!! The margarita! Italian music playing! The staff is very helpful!
